What We Do Current Projects The Real Toolkit Join us at the Mapping Relationships workshops! 'Mapping Relationships' is the first stage of a new three-year project to support you, our members, to develop relationship-based practice. We know that positive relationships are key to transforming the lives of care experienced young people and that there are fantastic examples of this across the country. We are now embarking on an extensive consultation to hear your thoughts about how we can improve and evaluate relationship-based practice across Scotland and are delighted to announce a series of upcoming workshops! What will the workshops entail? These workshops are a place for representatives from different organisations to join together and imagine how we can improve relational practice in the care environment. It will have elements of co-design and co-production, while also giving you the opportunity to reflect on the role of relationships within your own practice. The key question we will consider is: How do we evaluate relationships and relational practice in the care environment? When and where will the workshops take place? Our first set of workshops are scheduled over late September and early October 2019: with events in Glasgow, Aberdeen, and an online workshop.
