Chris joined Staf in January 2023 as a Youth Justice Participation Worker, to work on the Youth Justice Voices project, with a focus on expanding Staf’s reach outside the Central Belt.

Chris has worked on numerous youth led projects focused outside the Central Belt, including work in rural areas, and island communities and knows the challenges these young people face.

Chris has completed his MSc in Clinical Psych from the University of Strathclyde and continues to use his knowledge to develop strong relationships to support young people in their communities. With a focus on amplifying young people’s voices through developing and delivering projects such as Youth Justice Voices.

Alongside Staf Chris works part-time for UK social enterprise Leaders Unlocked, completing a strategic internship on the Scottish Care and Justice Systems.

Chris likes to keep healthy in his spare time, mainly through football. He also enjoys reading, particularly by Scottish authors, using it as an excuse to visit cool coffee shops.
