Staf and Each and Every Child Introduction to Framing Webinar

The Each and Every Child initiative aims to support people at all levels in the community to shift how they communicate when speaking about care experience, and to change how they think, feel and act. By doing this, the initiative will create the scale that is needed to influence public opinion, build support for the progressive vision of The Promise and make a positive difference to the lives of all of Scotland's children and young people.

We are at a pivotal moment in Scotland. With the Independent Care Review, The Promise and the Plan, Scotland has stepped up to re-imagine care experience for children and young people. This is ground-breaking work. This is policy and practice that can and will change lives. We all have a part to play in making this change happen, because how we talk about care experience matters.

The session will be led by the Each and Every Child initiative, providing an introduction to framing and how it can improve the lives of people with lived experience of care now and in the future. It will outline the framing recommendations with examples of how they can be used in practice. Together we can change the public perception of care experience by telling a new story, creating a new and compelling narrative.
