Staf believes that the voice of care-experienced young people should be at the heart of all we do, that young people should have the opportunity to tell their stories, understand their rights and play a part in influencing the care system. We also believe that to deliver the very best support to young people leaving care, we need to hear and act on the voice of young people, taking inspiration in their collective stories.

As a result, the voice of young people is at the heart of all we do, feeding into all of our events, learning and development opportunities and policy influence. The voice of young people helps to guide us as we focus on the issues that matter to them, and work with our members to overcome the barriers that they and our young people face.
