At our Practitioners' Gathering 'Corporate Parenting in Practice', held in February 2015, Ben Farrugia talked us through Corporate Parenting. In his presentation, Ben took us through what Corporate Parenting is, where it came from and who it applies to as well as who is named as a corporate parent in the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014 and what their duties are.
