• We may share your personal data with colleagues from your organisation without asking permission in relation to events administration, membership administration, or payments administration.
• We will also share your name, job title and organisation name as part of a delegate list for any events we host. This is shared only with those who attend the event, and contains no further personal data. You may request to be removed from this list by emailing us at [email protected].
• Speakers’ information will be shared on our marketing materials for events, as well as within delegate packs.
• We ask for your consent to sharing your details (phone number and email address) with our members if we believe that you may be able to assist with an enquiry on most forms on our website. You can give or withdraw your consent for this at any time by emailing [email protected].
• Your personal data may be shared with our website provider (Raising IT) in order to help us improve our website and services, and for statistical analysis.
• We may share your personal information if we are requested to do so by a law enforcement agency. Before sharing the information, we will ensure that the request is valid.
