From Voice to Influence:
Embedding meaningful participation with care experienced young people

This course supports practitioners, managers and participation leads to move beyond consultation, and embed authentic, rights-based participation in their everyday work with care experienced young people. It brings together relational practice, power-sharing and policy alignment with The Promise and UNCRC to ensure young people are not just heard, but actively shaping services and decisions.

Designing with Care:
Co-producing services with young people who have lived experience of care

Participants develop practical skills and confidence in co-production and innovation, with a focus on equity, inclusion and lived experience. Supporting the Journey:
Relational practice in 'Moving On' from care

This training supports practitioners to walk alongside young people during this transition with compassion, connection and clarity. Rooted in the principles of trauma-informed and relationship-based practice, we explore how to create smoother, more supported pathways into adulthood - centred on belonging, stability and voice.
