Focus groups

Aimed at organisations and corporate parents who work with care-experienced young people, Staf focus groups offer a rich source of knowledge and support for everyone involved. Dealing with specific subjects, the focus groups are able to identify, share and consider the obstacles to the implementation of policy and more positively share good practice.

"I have found attending the Implications of Continuing Care focus group very useful. This is my first experience of attending a group of this type and I have been impressed by the breadth of representation and the quality of the debate at the meetings. It is a useful forum for sharing practice and identifying common practice issues across Scotland around the implementation of Continuing Care. I have found the meetings very informative and I have learned a lot about continuing care from my attendance." (Stuart Mounce, Senior Practitioner at City of Edinburgh Council)
