Members attend our focus groups for free. There is a fee of £29.95 for Individual Associate Members and non-members to attend.

Don't worry if you're not sure about your membership status, all bookings are processed by a member of our team who will make sure you're paying the best rate. If there are any issues we'll let you know as soon as possible. Please note this could mean paying a higher rate.

Terms

Payment is required prior to the event commencing, is non-refundable and non-transferable to any other event or programme. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 5-9 working days prior to event: 50% of the fee will be payable
• 3-4 working days prior to event: 75% of the fee will be payable
• Less than 3 working days prior to event: 100% of the fee will be payable
