Payment is required prior to the event commencing, is non-refundable and non-transferrable to any other event or programme.

Don’t worry if you’re not sure about your membership status, all bookings are processed by a member of our team who will make sure you’re paying the best rate. If there are any issues we’ll let you know as soon as possible. Please note this could mean paying a higher rate.

We like to connect our members together as much as possible to promote good practice sharing. We would like to ask for your permission to share your contact details with our members. We will only share your details with our members with your permission, and only if we believe that you may be able to help with a member’s query.

There will be no refund for cancellations received on or after 8th April 2019. Substitute delegates are encouraged. Please inform [email protected] if a substitution is required.
