Method of payment

I am a director/officer of the organisation named above, authorised to apply on its behalf to become an Organisation Member of Staf. I understand that my membership of Staf shall continue for as long as I remain the nominee of the organisation named above.

We, the organisation named above, are in agreement with the Objects of Staf and agree to be bound by the rules of the Company. In the event that the Company is wound up we agree to pay a sum not exceeding £1.00 (one pound) towards meeting any outstanding debts of the Company.

Additional contact information

The Key Contact named on page 1 will receive information on upcoming Staf events, as well as our newsletter and policy and market research briefings. We are happy to send this information to those individuals in your organisation who wish to receive the mailings and event invitations.

Please note that attendance at Staf events at the discounted member rate is restricted based on your membership. For Individual Membership this is one named person, for One Plus One Membership this is two named people and for Team Membership this is six named people.

To allow us to provide your team with news, briefings and event notifications, please provide us with their full name, job title, phone number and email address below.

Privacy Policy - Membership Administration

The legal basis for collecting information about our members is our legitimate interests (the proper administration of our membership scheme). Membership is administered in-house through our central database.

Your name and contact details may be passed to us from our main contact for membership (usually a manager). We will contact you within one month to advise that we have been given your information, why it was given to us, and to advise you of your rights.

We may share your information without your consent with your colleagues from your organisation as part of the proper administration of our membership scheme.

Retention Period: 24 months from the date membership ceases, or 18 months from your last engagement with us.
