Dawn joined Staf in July 2022 as our Learning, Evidence and Impact Lead. She lead on the LCT Resource Hub project and our online course with the Open University, Foundations of trauma-informed, relationship-based practice.

Prior to joining Staf, Dawn worked in the voluntary sector for 19 years as a Learning Coordinator/Volunteer Manager, supporting disabled adults and unpaid carers with personalised formal and non-formal learning. She also recruited, trained and managed volunteers, working in partnership with multiple agencies.

Dawn enjoys spending time with family and meeting friends for a coffee and a catch-up. She is also a keen crafter who loves to dabble in artwork, painting, making cards and anything else that looks fun.
