With more than 20 years' experience delivering projects across the voluntary sector in Scotland, and working with vulnerable young people, Pamela is our Head of Operations. Her role is to ensure the smooth running of all our operations, working closely with our CEO and Board to ensure Staf has its finger on the pulse of current developments and retains its strategic importance.

Pamela has a degree in Community Education, Certificate in Counselling Skills and SVQ SCQF level 9 in Leadership and Management. She is also a music lover, great cook, mum, wife and avid reader, and renowned for her love of Brussels sprouts.
